Is this step right or wrong?
In Kanto region of Japan, we experienced the record-breaking snowfall in recent years. In particular, due to the effects of this disaster, trains of JR Middle-Line stopped stations in Yamanashi prefecture. The number of people, who is unable to return home for this disaster, still is being left.
But the snow does not keep for a long time because it is continuing fine days.
So they are rescued presently, I think.

At the same time, I heard a surprised news. In Saitama prefecture of Kanto region, a convenience store was coped with this circumstances.(Look at the right image!)
The store said that "Limitation of entering to our store",and "We limit entering to our store for the snowfall disaster. After one withdrawal, we perform one entering our store in a principle. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation."
Well..Is this step is right or wrong?
It is a fact that there is a human being committing shoplifting in disasters. When a great many people enter, the store is crowed and becomes in danger. In addition, for a few days, it cannot be said that there is not problems to visitors who go out though weather forecasts said that "it snows in the day very much" many times.
But, it is a fact that this disaster caused several people dead, too.
Uh...my feeling is unable to allow not only this step of the store, but also standing employee which is only looking at waiting people in the coldness.
Even if it was the necessary step to protect your store or people, they should have kept from pasting the patch of paper which implies selfish behavior on the window.
It is not a wise manner.
This step is wrong, I thought.
